| - Pool & spa heating: £17/$27 USD/€20 per day | |||

| - If holiday dates required span more than one price zone the upper price zone will apply. | |||
| - Cleaning fee for less than 7 nights stay £65/$104 USD/€78, and £60/$102 USD/€72if cleaning is required by guest/s during your stay | |||
| - A non refundable Booking Deposit is payable (time of booking) £200/$300 USD/€240 for your stay to secure your booking | |||
| - A Security Deposit £200/$300 USD/€240 will be payable with the balance 8 weeks before your arrival date. If you book less than 8 weeks before your arrival date then the full amount is payable + refundable security deposit. | |||
| - The Security Deposit is a standard charge and will be REFUNDABLE approx 14 days after the completion of your holiday if no damage or breakages has arisen during stay | |||
