Features of our Villa (see also villa plans)

The fuly air conditioned villa sleeps 12 comfortably, two of which are in the lounge on a queen-size sofa bed, and is ideal for 1 very large family or two families or 3 generations of family. Located on an larger than normal plot, the villa extends to nearly 3000 sq ft with a games room in the garage and includes:

- 2 master suite bedrooms each with a king size bed, walk-in wardrobes and fully tiled en-suite luxury bathrooms, including twin wash basins and separate shower cubicle to the ground floor master suite bathroom.

The ground floor Master Suite 1 is located on the ground floor and is ideal for the less able or elderly generation and gives direct access to the pool deck and spa.

- 1 room with 2 twin beds and fully tiled bathroom

- 2 rooms each with 2 twin beds and a shared ‘Jack and Jill' fully tiled bathroom (directly accessed from both bedrooms). One of these bedrooms (bedroom 4) can be used as the 3rd Master Suite with a sliding pocket door to an ensuite bathroom.

- One of the twin/single beds can be pushed together to make a king size double bed .

- Spacious open-plan lounge tastefully furnished with armchair, two comfortable sofas one of which forms a queen size bed.

- Extensive covered lanai (external room) with ceiling fan, and extended sun deck. Luxury al fresco dining facilities and aluminium pool furniture.

- South-West facing sparkling pool with heated spa, underwater lighting, and mesh insect screen covering to pool and extended decking. Optional pool & spa heating for a small charge. A child safety screen is provided to fence off the pool area for safety.

- Garage with windows superbly converted to games room with pool table, table football (foosball), darts board, treadmill (walking/running) and cycle machine.

- Separate laundry room with large capacity washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities, convenient downstairs toilet and vanity basin.

- Fully equipped state of the art kitchen with dishwasher, efficient ceramic top cooker, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer with ice making facility, double sink with waste disposal unit, toaster, juicer, coffee maker, kettle and cooking utensils etc.

- Dining room is ideal for those more formal occasions or if you want to eat separately from the Breakfast Room.

Our local Management Company can be contacted in case of emergencies 24 hours a day.

Smoke alarms, fire extinguishers and emergency lighting

Large Flat screen LCD/TV, surround sound music system and DVD player in lounge and TV and DVDs in all bedrooms with a PS2 and a selection of DVDs and PS2 games, and board games.

The Villa is fully proteted by a monitored alarm system (ADT), with PIR and sensors to all windows and doors including garage doors.

For the comfort and safety of all our guests this is a NON smoking villa and pets are NOT allowed.

All the following amenities are free to use; the safe, high chair, fold up cot/crib and stroller, telephone with free local calls including those throughout USA, Canada & Puerto Rico. Free use of the 24/7 High Speed Wireless Broadband Internet for your laptop.
