Features of our Villa (see also villa plans)

The fully air conditioned villa sleeps 10 comfortably, plus two extra in the lounge on a queen-size sofa bed. It is ideal for 1 very large family or 2 families or 3 generations of a family. Located on an larger than normal plot, the villa extends to nearly 3000 sq ft with a fully equipped games and gym room located in the garage. The villa includes:

- 2 master suite bedrooms each with a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe and fully tiled en-suite luxury bathroom, including twin wash basins and separate shower cubicle to the ground floor master suite bathroom.

Master Suite 1 is located on the ground floor and is ideal for the less able or elderly generation and gives direct access to the lanai, pool deck and spa.

- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and fully tiled bathroom.

- 2 rooms each with 2 single beds and a shared ‘Jack and Jill' fully tiled bathroom (directly accessed from both bedrooms). One of these bedrooms (bedroom 4) can be used as the 3rd Master Suite with a sliding pocket door to the ensuite bathroom.

- Spacious open-plan lounge tastefully furnished with armchair, two confortable sofas one 2-seater and one 3-seater which converts to form a queen size bed.

- Extensive covered lanai (external room) with ceiling fan, and extended sun deck. Luxury al fresco dining facilities and aluminium pool furniture.

- South-West facing sparkling pool with heated spa, underwater lighting, and mesh insect screen covering to pool and extended decking. Optional pool & spa heating for a small charge. A child safety screen is provided to fence off the pool area for safety (see photos of pool area).

- Garage, with natural daylight from 2 windows, superbly converted to games room with pool table, table football (foosball), darts board, treadmill (walking/running) and cycle machine.

- Separate laundry/utility room with large capacity washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities (click HERE to see these). There is also a convenient downstairs toilet and vanity basin.

- Fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen with dishwasher, efficient ceramic top cooker, large microwave, large refrigerator/freezer with ice making facility, double sink with waste disposal unit, toaster, juicer, automatic can opener, coffee maker, and cooking utensils etc.

- Dining room ideal for those more formal occasions or if you want to eat separately from the Breakfast Room. Can also be used as an office.

For your safety, villa has smoke alarms, fire extinguishers and emergency lighting.

Large Flat screen LCD/HDTV, Home Cinema surround sound and music system and DVD player in lounge, and TV and DVDs in all bedrooms. Also included are a PlayStation 2 and a selection of games, DVDs, books and board games.

The Villa is fully protected by an alarm system (ADT), with electronic room sensors (PIR) and sensors to all windows and doors including garage doors.

For the comfort and safety of all our guests this is a NON smoking villa and pets are NOT allowed.
