From British newpaper Daily Mail:
That old Florida magic: Harry Potter is helping conjure up buyers in the Sunshine State
By LIZ ROWLINSON

Travel website Orbitz.com reports that Orlando has overtaken Las Vegas as the most popular spring break destination in the U.S., with its combination of year-round sun, shopping and theme parks.
The opening of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter theme park has increased the number of overseas visitors to Orlando and I am sure pester-power will come into play when Legoland Florida opens in October.
In Central Florida, where all the big-name theme parks are located, it's essential to be within around 20 minutes of Walt Disney World if you are pursuing holiday rentals. There are homes being developed within Disney World, but you won't be allowed to rent them for holiday lets .
In the short-term rental (STR) zone south-west of Disney, resort communities are oriented towards tourists rather than residents. One of the best communities for holiday rentals is now in Haines City because it's proximity to Disney, shopping malls, restaurants, golf courses and now Legoland-Florida.
Thank you Harry - and welcome to Orlando!
