Barbecue (BBQ) - Recent changes in Florida State law - prohibits the use of charcoal barbecues within a pool cage or the storage of bottled gas within holiday villas.

We are now providing our guests with a BBQ facility but you will need to notify the owner at the time of booking if you require the use of a BBQ during your stay. Gas cylinders are not to be stored anywhere within the villa or rear pool/lanai covered area. This will be kept by the Management Company who will provide this if you require the BBQ. Please refer to 'Terms of Conditions'
